The Florida State University is a Public University located in Tallahassee, Florida. Florida State-commonly known as FSU is a traditional residential university, meaning most of the students live on campus in the dormitory and residence halls provided by the University. Being a large school, FSU has a lot of students to cater to; everything from food, entertainment and night life is provided on or near the school’s campus.
Florida State University operates about fifteen different eateries on campus alone. There are a number of dining halls on campus; The Suwannee Room- a buffet style dining facility is very well known. They are cheap and convenient, whether it’s for a quick bite, or a full meal.
Students of Florida State University have a great number of choices when it comes to restaurants. Some students might not be able to afford a meal plan or maybe they do not see the value in having one, when there website are over a dozen restaurants on campus alone that serve their needs.
There are also a number of student friendly, relatively cheap restaurants in the areas surrounding the campus. If you do not want to go to Einstein Bros Bagels located on campus, you can visit Bagel-Bagel, a local bagel shop that offers a wide selection of bagels for an affordable price. Moe’s Southwest Grill serves tacos and burritos to students, while Los Compadres offers students great Mexican food and all you can eat buffet on Wednesdays. The budget eater will appreciate China Supper Buffet and their endless choices, while those looking to get work done will want to visit Aristotle’s Coffee Garage for its ambiance and quiet environment. Cici’s Pizza offers a number of Pizzas, Pastas and salad for a relatively cheap price while Hopkins Eatery is good for those craving a sandwich but don’t want to visit the Quiznos located on campus.
The number of restaurants in and around Florida State University offers students a great variety of food for a relatively cheap price. All of these restaurants are extremely student friendly and offer their services 24 hours to meet the student demands.
