Deadlines for media accreditation applications are:
* 10 May 2011 with accommodation
* 30 May 2011 without accommodation

Important information:
Accommodation payment: on invoice only, within 5 working days after receipt of the invoice (payment by credit card is not possible).

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
* For any cancellation before 6 May, no cancellation fee will be charged.
* For any cancellation between 7 May and 13 May, 50% of your total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* For any cancellation after 13 May, 100% of your total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
